About Boarding
At That’s Ruff Pet Hotel, we know how important it is to feel confident and comfortable when leaving your furry family member in someone else’s care. That’s why we’ve created a safe, loving, and fun environment where every dog feels right at home.
Our home provides a structured, cage-free environment with plenty of supervised playtime, outdoor activity, rest, and personalized attention. We strive to make your dog feel like part of the family while maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible.
Boarding is available by reservation only. Rates may vary based on your dog’s needs, schedule, holiday periods, and length of stay. Please contact us if you have further questions.
What to Bring
To help make your pet stay more comfortable and feel more like home, please bring his/her personal items listed below. We’ll take care of the rest!

Boarding Drop-Off & Pick-Up Hours
Monday – Saturday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Please arrive at your scheduled drop-off and pick-up times to help us maintain a calm and safe environment for all dogs.
Meet & Greet Policy
If your dog is skittish, anxious, not well-socialized, fearful of strangers, or has difficulty warming up to new environments or people, a meet and greet is required before booking approval.
For the safety of all dogs and staff, That’s Ruff Pet Hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking if a dog displays behaviors that were not disclosed prior to arrival.
If a required meet and greet was not scheduled before the booking and services must be canceled upon arrival, no refund will be issued.
