What services do you offer?

Do you require vaccinations?
Yes. All dogs must be up to date on required vaccinations prior to their stay. Proof of vaccinations must be uploaded through our app before booking approval.
How do I book a stay?
All bookings are made through our mobile app.

Please create your profile, add your pet’s information, and upload immunizations before requesting a booking.
What should I bring for my dog’s stay?
You can keep it simple! We recommend bringing:
- Food
- Medication (if needed)
- Feeding instructions
- Any special care instructions
What are your drop-off and pick-up hours?
Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Please arrive at your scheduled times to help us maintain a calm and safe environment for all dogs.
Do you offer pick-up and drop-off services?
Yes! Transportation services are available for an additional charge based on distance and scheduling availability.
Transportation fees apply each way for pickup and drop-off services within a distance of up to 20 miles one way.
Does my dog need to be socialized?
Because our environment is interactive and social, dogs should be comfortable around people and other dogs.
If your dog is skittish, fearful, anxious, has escape tendencies, or has difficulty warming up, a meet and greet may be required before booking approval.
What happens if temperament issues are not disclosed?
Owners are required to fully disclose any behavioral or temperament concerns prior to booking.
Failure to disclose behavioral concerns may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund, and the owner or emergency contact will be required to arrange immediate pickup.
Do you accept aggressive dogs?
For the safety of all dogs and staff, we reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings for dogs that display unsafe behavior or are not a good fit for our environment.
Do you provide updates during my dog’s stay?
Yes! You can add our Pawgress Report Card & Photo Updates add-on to receive personalized updates and pictures during your pup’s stay.
Do you administer medication?
Yes, as long as medication instructions are clearly provided prior to the stay.
Are there holiday rates?
Holiday rates may apply during major holidays and high-demand periods including:
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
- New Year’s
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- And other federal holidays

Can all dogs stay at That’s Ruff Pet Hotel?
We strive to create a safe and positive environment for every dog. However, not every environment is the right fit for every pet. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if we believe it is in the best interest of the dog, our staff, or other pets in our care.
